With all the positive festive mood and of course overeating, I forgot to post about our cashew nut biscuits baking session.
This takes so much less time compared to preparing pineapple tarts.
We made pineapple tarts as well, but forgot to take photos! I only have photos of the home-made jam.
After 5 hours...and we added some chick pea flour to reduce the moisture in the jam.
Many pineapples later...hours long of hand grating later...4-5 hours of stirring later...we got wonderful pineapple tarts!
Hand-grated pineapple jam is the way to gooooo. Excellent texture and all the goodness (plus sinfulness) and taste in every bite!
