• Fully sealed "Ceran" pyroceram cooking plate, 6 mm thick, suitable for using only pans made with magnetic metal
• Four independent heating areas, 3.5 kW each. Heating by induction.
• Induction ranges require the use of special cooking pans in order to guarantee optimum performances.
• Power settings from 1 to 10 with continuous-scale trimmer.
• Heat-resistant knobs with screen printed markings and reference index printed on control console.
• For each heating area:
  
  • green alarm light: the machine is working and functioning
  • green alarm intermittent light: the machine is working but the pot is not recognized
  • red alarm light: it reports the disconnection of the heating surface because of a detected anomaly by the pan recognition sensor
  • pan recognition sensor for the permission to the heating starting up
  • thermal control device for eletronic components protection
  • thermal sensor to protect the working area: cuts out temperature max 240°C if the cooking pan is empty
  • thermal sensor to protect the generator group: cuts out temperature max 75°C
  • thermal sensor to activate the forced ventilation in order to chill the components , max temperature 48°C
• Predisposed for connection to other elements of the same line.
